A holiday home with all modern conveniences. On a quiet road with a view of the picturesque village of Vencimont. At 500 m from the woods. At 1 km from Vencimont with a bakery, restaurant, butcher. From the house you can make beautiful walks in the woods and the valley of the Houille that you always hear buzzing. In the house there are four bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room, dining room, laundry room, garage and play area. Around the house there is a forest to play around and a petanque court.

The house, the furnishings

This recent and modern house has been completely renovated and equipped with all comforts for an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful region. It is located on top of a mountain and overlooks the picturesque village of Vencimont. We have often stayed in different houses ourselves, so we know exactly what you may need. We also regularly stay in the house, so it is not a clean holiday home, but a house with a soul.

• It can accommodate up to nine people, but it is also very cozy with three or four.
• There are four bedrooms with four double beds, one bunk bed and one single bed.
• There is a fully equipped kitchen with all conveniences such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of crockery and cutlery for everyone.
• There are three bathrooms and three toilets.
• you can store things and dirty shoes in the garage, slippers are provided.
• The living room has a cozy wood-burning stove. Wood is available, but we ask for a voluntary contribution. You can also bring your own wood.

All bedrooms have lovely box springs and there is central heating throughout. Two bedrooms are en-suite, the upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom. For the children there is a nice play area on the landing, toys and games are provided. There is also a separate TV room with cable TV so you can watch without disturbing others. Outside you can play in the forest around the house and the fields. There is a petanque court with a terrace and fire pit for cozy summer evenings. On the terrace around the house you can put a table and eat outside, if it rains you can under the shelter. A barbeque is also provided.

No smoking (can be done on the terrace), not suitable for pets and no parties or events.

The house is all yours. If you are with few people, we would like you to leave the unused bedrooms closed. Please open the used beds on departure. And sorting waste.

Prices

• € 160 per night for 4 people.
• For each person extra € 10 (max total 9)
• Cleaning € 80
• Minimum stay of two nights.
• From one week 15% discount.
• From two weeks 20% discount.
• From one month 25% discount.
• For longer stays, you can use the washing machine and dryer to do the laundry. You have to do the maintenance yourself.

Reservation

• It is only certain when you receive a confirmation, we must first check the calendar.
• If the date is free, you will receive a message and an option contract as soon as possible. You must return this signed within two days and transfer the amount to the account within three days. Then your reservation is final.
• If you cannot come due to unforeseen circumstances, we will look for another date.
